The baritone saxophone and double bass, both tuned in E\u266d, meet on a common ground from which a wide sonic spectrum unfolds.&#13;\nThrough attentive interaction they shape textures of shifting density\u2014sometimes sparse and fragile, at other times layered and immersive. Overtones, multiphonics, and subtle nuances intertwine into a sound that may pulse with quiet intensity or hover in stillness. At times the two instruments blend so closely that they seem to form a single resonating body.<\/p>\n\n<p>Duo vydalo v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2025 debutov\u00e9 album ODE and AIR na Ma Records.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\r\nhttps:\/\/marecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/ode-and-air\r\n<\/div><\/figure>\r\n\n<p>Franti\u0161ek Hru\u0161ka (*1998, Ostrava) studied sonology in The Hague in the Netherlands, after which he worked developing synthesizers at the Brno-based company Bastl Instruments. He now works with sound and music in a wide range of contexts and forms; however, in his live improvised audio-visual performances he particularly foregrounds concepts of playfulness in music as well as questions of communication and sound ecology.&#13;\nFranti\u0161ek plays both on the listener\u2019s imagination and on analog electronic instruments, most often of his own construction.
