“HOWLING MYSTICS don’t do dada, they do dadada” – that hit the nail on the head. Perfect. Because this isn’t disjointed nonsense as art, it’s rhythm, rupture and repetition. It’s not Dadaist cool disillusionment – it’s da-da-da, heartbeat, stutter, sacred disruption. Singing, the interplay between controlled noise and improvisational condensation. Rejection with verve. Repetition not as a failure of originality, but as incantation.

Dan Nulty aka Myst K. explores concepts of aesthetic perception in acoustic environments, linking the textures of hypnotic pulses and liminal sound recordings with non-traditional approaches to harmony and tuning.Following the release of his debut album Vibes (2023) on the Xion label, he has played a series of concerts across Europe, including Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK and Poland.

Alec Gordon is a musician and programmer who seeks to understand the relationship between saturation and temporality.This improvised electroacoustic system explores early Scottish Christian forms of complex heterophony combined with modern ideas around digital degregation. A mixture of some and no feedback with no input, expect noisy and subtle textures.

Laboratorium Expiravit is rhythm noise, power noise and experimental industrial techno with elements of drone and dark ambient. The sound lab explores dystopian and surreal tones, creating an atmosphere that gets under your skin. An alchemist of sound who transforms electronic music into hypnotic and eerie compositions. The name Laboratory Expiravit refers to the real phenomenon of collective hallucination in a laboratory under the influence of low frequency sounds, discovered by Vic Tandy. The music of Laboratory Expiravit is the result of a shift from exploring the relationships between sound, material and space, feedback and obscure obsolete drum machines, samplers and effects to more definable and graspable rhythmic noise compositions. The project is also a response to the frustrations stemming from the crises and anxieties of contemporary reality – the exploitation of animals for the sake of technological progress, the destruction of ecosystems and biodiversity, the ethical pitfalls of science, or conversely the dangers of tribal, religious thinking.
