Another of the concerts in the unique spaces of the Silesian University.

Bund des dritten Auges is a duo formed by Sascha Stadlmeier (EMERGE) and Chris Sigdell (B°TONG). They focus on meditative ambient drone music. Since their founding in Barcelona in 2019, the duo has released several EPs. For those who need names: Bu.d.d.A. might sound like Troum meets Earth together with Brian Eno in his most ambient phase. In reality, the duo builds on the legacy of the group NID (1995–2005), of which Chris was a member. NID released a CD on Auf Abwegen before breaking up and going their own ways. NID can be considered, along with Maeror Tri, as innovators of German (dark) ambient—long before many others jumped on the bandwagon.

Koruth is the musical project of painter Anna Ruth, based primarily on electronic manipulation of the voice. Ruth lets ethereal chants dissolve into reverb and layers them through loops into dreamlike landscapes. The vocals are complemented by transparent synths and a flute, which bring the sound closer to fictional folk or even new age. At the same time, the artist works with unstable, constantly changing structures and rejects the polished perfection of some ambient, giving her unambiguously beautiful music both freshness and a certain rawness. In addition to her solo work, her collaborations are also noteworthy, especially with Vojtěch Havel or Kult masek. In 2023 she was selected for the international SHAPE programme.
